DFW BASSMASTERS

The Texas TBF State Tournament was held on Lake Conroe on April 4th, 2009 and it was a 1 day tournament. DFW Bassmasters sent 7 anglers to compete in the event. There was a 16 inch minimum size limit for bass and keepers were hard to come by. Congratulations go out to Darren Heavner, Stevie Clifton, and Barrett Clifton for qualifying for the Texas State Team and advancing to the TBF Divisional the 1st week of June at Lake Dardanelle in North Arkansas where they will be competing as a State Team against the other 7 states in the Central Region. They will also be competing individually against the other Texas State Team qualifiers to advance to the TBF National Championship next spring.
